INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

Interior architecture focuses on the functionality of a space over and above aesthetics. The main focuses are on human occupancy and ergonomics. Interior architecture is a blend of art and science to create, restore, or readapt interior spaces (called: adaptive re-use).  Incorporating sustainable design options into our creations, like “green” developments featuring alternative heating and lighting systems.

Jessica Lightbody has a proven track record of creative design solutions, effective and critical problem solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.  Her spatial planning abilities are one of the main reasons for gaining repeated business. The proof is in her outstanding client reviews.  Whilst accepting anything from small residential projects to larger commercial projects, they are all carried out to the highest standards at competitive rates. Every part of the design process is personally carried out by Jessica, from rough sketches, producing floor plans and detailed working drawings to rendered CGI's.  Being a professionally qualified and an accredited interior designer with 17 years of experience, Jessica works in collaboration with any Structural Engineer, Architect, Interior Architect, Builder, Fit-out specialist, Electrician, Plumber, or Sound Engineer of her clients preference.

For a truly bespoke interior architecture and design service tailored to the scheme, we offer a full furniture procurement service; carpentry, joinery and upholstery pieces to complement the design scheme.  We work closely with our trusted craftsmen, furniture & cabinet makers and accomplished tradesmen in Surrey
